Lynn,

I don't know if he is attending, but Chef Mike Chrostowski teaches at one of our local high schools (Olathe North High School in Olathe Kansas)that participates in Pro-Start and he may be going as well. Their school had come in second in Culinary this year 2011, first in 2010 and second in 2009. You may already know him, but if not he is a great Chef to talk to.
