We Are Chefs


what is it about the fast paced kitchen that we enjoy so much, the heat the sweat the burns that we endure. drained of all energy when the nights over, the emotional beating from other co-workers, the stress and intensity, what is it that keeps us going?...for me it is passion and courage, the self satisfaction of keeping people satiated with great food. what is it for everybody else?

im with you on all of that and the fact that have have food allergies out the ass and it is not a great ideal for me to be in the kitchen but i do it any way cause im hard headed.
