Taking my practical final tonight in Saucier. Making an amouse bouche of crabmeat in Belgian Endive, Bouilliabase, Chinese Inspired Duck, tea infused sticky rice, green beans, and lemon tartlet for dessert. Should be fun! Let's hope!

I need CSA's help with the Flavor of Passion honoring local, state and
national Latino chefs. The function takes place as follows:

When:

The inaugural Flavors of Passion AwardsT Gala will be held on
Thursday, July 23rd, 2009, from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. (Volunteers will
work for a longer period of time)

Where:

The Dallas area will serve as the official host for the inaugural
Flavors of Passion AwardsT at the historic Warwick Melrose Hotel (3015
Oak Lawn Avenue, Dallas, TX, 75219).

Additional information on the event is attached. Currently I need 9
volunteers. I think it will be a good resume experience. Please inform
the other committee members of my request. if possible I need to know
who will volunteer by July 8.
