Good afternoon everyone...I miss all the Windy City Chefs. I just graduated in October with my Associates and now I am in Madison, Wisconsin. I love the food scene here and the whole local season food concept. I have been searching the area for a Chef that is willing to pass knowledge. If anyone has any leads of Chefs or restaurants in this area please let me know. I wish you all the best and am looking forward to continuing my career, while doing Chicago proud. Have a great day!
