Last week's Academy events and being honored with the Sharing Culinary Traditions Award was a very special evening. I want to thank all of my colleagues.

Attending Le Cordon Bleu Chicago, traveled here from Columbus, Ohio. Struggling to make it up here in Chicago, and get my associates degree, and go on to be a great Chef. I would like to know more about how to get a Scholarship to help me succeed in making it through the 21 month Associates Degree program. My passion is cooking, and my dream is traveling, and having my own fine dinning, and eventually a program to help others make there dreams a success.

I just want to say to all in the American Academy of Chefs that being inducted into the Academy and attending the spectacular 39th Annual Induction Dinner at the Marriott Anaheim 2010 was wonderful it was great to share the event with both new and old friends. I am very proud and humbled. Thank you to everyone who was involved in the event and all that lead up to it. There are too many people to list. From one of new Inductees "Thank you very much"

I just wanted to say thank you! I am a AAC / Charlie Trotter scholarship recipient. The scholarship has been a huge blessing to me and I am grateful for the help in funding my Culinary education. I will graduate this August with honors from culinary school. Thank you for all that you do for the young people in the culinary industry.
