Just returned from the ACF Pan Latin Summit at Mizzou University, Volunteered alot. I had a blast. I'll try to add some pictures.

Well we are only 8 days away from the 2009 Chicago Culinary Museum and Chefs Hall of Fame induction event. This year we are honoring Chef Carrie Nahabedian of NAHA and Fred Turner of McDonalds as our Industry Leadership award winner.
This years event will be a great night out at the Union League Club of Chicago with Chef Host Michael Garbin CEC, AAC. For ticket information please check out: www.thechicagoculinarymuseum.org and click on the "2009 induction" tab.

I always think of the Chefs de Cuisine of St. Louis is the Chapter that my roots are. I love the St. Louis Chapter and what it means to the ACF and the cuisine of our country. Good luck and welcome to We are Chefs.

I hope I have not overstep my bounds in creating this group for those that are in the Saint Louis area, I am not of any authority in this network of Chefs, My goal is to network with others that belong to this organization in my local area.
