I attended a culinary Think Tank at the Hall of Honors and The University of Houston. As a panelist I represented Culinary Arts and we are we headed. There are some great and challenging minds entering the industry. I am glad to watch them grow.

Today we had an awesome Junior membership drive at San Jacinto College. We also have a new student member from The Art Institute of Houston. "Building the future, one student at a time"!

I attended the Chef's Luncheon hosted by Ben E. Keith at the River Oaks Country Club yesterday afternoon. Kudos to a superb meal prepared by Chef Charles Carroll and team. As always the entire culinary experience was genious.

2009 TCA Houston Chapter "Chefs Ball" annual yearly charity event held August 8/09. Great Job! TCA Houston Chapter team members event as always a success for good cause. Chef George LeBlance, Charity Chair and team members, we thank you all the hardwork and appreciate for the job well done! Salute.
