Every once in a while its a good thing to change jobs, because every job you have working in different types of restaurants can give you the opportunity to build on your culinary knowledge.

At 5:12am on August 25, 2009, Anthony sumpter said…: awww man really the best resturant i ever worked in was called assagio's it was in seattle wa and i did a few week internship there it was amazing how well it was ran...i always end up working at places when there in a slump so little to no training and i work like a dog ....but whether im working or not i still find time to volunteer sometimes with acf when i was going to school i volunteered at a soup kitchen on the weekends i pretty much taught the guy how to cook without ittalian seasoning and cyan pepper
