Every once in a while its a good thing to change jobs, because every job you have working in different types of restaurants can give you the opportunity to build on your culinary knowledge.

awww man really the best resturant i ever worked in was called assagio's it was in seattle wa and i did a few week internship there it was amazing how well it was ran...i always end up working at places when there in a slump so little to no training and i work like a dog ....but whether im working or not i still find time to volunteer sometimes with acf when i was going to school i volunteered at a soup kitchen on the weekends i pretty much taught the guy how to cook without ittalian seasoning and cyan pepper
