I Then Realized I Want More And Years Later Moved To Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Were I Worked Up To The Banquet Chef Position Were I Studied Under Award Winning Scott Bernheisel Who Is Now Owner Of Lucky Star Restaurant In Virginia Beach. Transferring To The Westin In Cincinnati I Became Executive Sous Chef Overseeing A 450 Room
7 Million Dollar Food And Beverage Operation. I Left Cincinnati To Move Back To Virginia Beach Were I Became Executive Chef Of The Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort On The Oceanfront Were I Then Followed My Gm To The Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel Were I Took The Position Of Executive Chef For Almost 3 Years. I am now found my calling as a Chef Instructor and Baltimore International College
