About Me:

My passion is my profession and one I am proud to be apart of. I have lived out of the country while working for the Air Force and am now in Alaska. I am a member of the Monterey BAy Chapter and Bert Certino is my mentor. I have great respect for the Association and the Academy. My hobbies are diving, and writing, teaching, and the outdoors.

What is your favorite recipe creation?

I don't have a favorite. World cuisine I would imagine

When did you enter the Culinary Profession?

My mother started teaching me when I was 6 but actually started when I was about 15.

Who is your favorite Musical Artist?

John Denver and Johnny Mathis. I also love opera

What is your favorite TV show?

I do not have TV but I am a movie nut

If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?

The Deli Lama for his spiritural influence, Maya Angelou, for her brillance in writing, and Mandela for his fight for freedom
