I hope your school year is going well with many inspired students filling your classroom. We really enjoyed our trip back to the Philippines although it always seems much to short. I have noticed more and more Culinary school emerging in the Philippines and have witnessed many talented Filipino Chefs. Hope all is well.

I know it is at a different school, but the President of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) will be speaking at The American Hospitality Academy (AHA) in Manilla this Saturday. I don't know if that is something you would be attending or not.
