I am a culinary student at Jefferson State Community College and currently working towards my associates degree in Foodservce Management and pastry. I just recieved the honor of becoming a member of the PHI THETA KAPPA honor society. I am intersted in opeing an organic based restuarant. I am also a member of The Twilight Brigaide, which is a volluntary organization that assists with hospice patients and thier families. I also like to sing.

I have been in the food service business, on and off, since the 1980's.

Alton Brown, for his creative and scientific information that he presents an his shows. Many culinary techniques).
Bobby Flay, for his variety and intrest in Southwestern cuisine.
The Chef on "Hell's Kitchen". even though I think his representation and style on the show in a bit obscure. His knowledge and fame for creating upper-end restuarant, interests. me
