Alton: has mastered the art of going behind the why and how and opened my eyes to the unearthed options in cooking in the kitchen, I would enjoy talking on what sparked him into this industry.
Chef Tomm Johnson: Culinarian who is kind and generous with his advice, wisdom and encouragement to aspiring chefs who have felt many doors slammed in their faced. He has been an encouraging voice.
My mother: The one who has always not only believed in my ability to do anything i choose but was the one who initially turned me into a true food enthusiast with my artistic ability at a young age.
