The oil continues to come closer to the coastline, and fisherman are beginning to get checks from BP. WE as chefs are very concerned about the impact on our industry and the local seafood, that we here in La. depend on. This disaster is coming to LA. in the same path as Katrina. This will also impact our state for many years to come. Will BP ever get this thing capped, or will we just continue to spew oil into our beautiful Gulf of Mexico?
