- I have been in the foodservice industry since 1981. I started out as dishwasher and held positions as sous chef at the Wigwam Resort and was executive chef for AJ's Fine Foods. I am currently a high school culinary arts teacher.

- Chef Jaque Pepin, because he's the greatest chef alive and he also inspired me to be the chef I am today.
