I am a 17 year old graduate of C.R.Walker Senior High in Nassau, Bahamas and I have an immense desire for making people happy and comfortable through food. I enjoy showing love through cooking for friends family and guest. It is my hope and dream to one day open a chain of world famous fine dining restaurants both home here in The Bahamas and abroad.

Bobby Flay, beacause I find his passion for cooking very intriqueing and his cooking style is unique and fun. Ina Garten, because she is down to earth and her cooking style is most astonishing. Tyler Florence, because he is a very determined chef and is always excited about preparing the meals that he makes.
