My entire job for Red Robin is coming up with new menu or promo items and enhancing current menu items....I generally have nothing to do with the field accept inadvertently thru my training of my recipes to others.....its almost like my job is like coming up with the nightly special but with a whole new set of scrutinty......my buggest challenge is taking the idea from my head/inception, to 430 restuarants nationwide with recipes that anyone can execute.....not the easiest of tasks...........but sooooooo rewarding when it works

Man, I hear you on the holidays thing. I wish I could be home for them. My family misses me so much. They constantly ask me to try get those days off. I tell them I can't. I'm in that profession where you get your ass handed to you and live by the no sleep rule.take the days your given off as a privledge. lol. Speaking of holidays sunday we are doing a mothers day brunch. I can't make it. They are always on my ass about it. Soo.. Its tough.I will get where your at one day...... lol
