Hard to classify yourself within a paragraph. Just thinking about it is a task in itself, but I would say I am a very hardworking, determined individual who enjoys a good time and finds joy everyday. I enjoy what I do not only for the adrenaline rush of working the line, but also for the pleasure that is so easily passed on through one of life's basic necessities.

If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?
Harold McGee, Michael Ruhlman, and Auguste Escoffier. The first two are kind of obvious. They have both worked with some of the greatest culinary minds of this century, but posses the one thing most chefs overlook, an outside opinion. Both are not chefs, but know so much about food between the two of them it's rather daunting. Of course, Escoffier would have to be there. The opportunity of just asking him what he thinks of food nowadays gives me shivers.
