I would like to see more hands-on classes, the type of class can vary to match the locale of the conference, or the region, ie: seafood if we are in New England, or Cajun if we are in the gulf area. I would also like to see more sustainable argicult…

Our cooking school is in Winston-Salem, and chefs, cooks and students who want to assist are welcome, just contact me prior to the class, and we will fit you in. I know that Atlanta is not close, but the offer stills stands.

I am a Certified Executive Chef and a member of the American Academy of Chefs. I have visited 53 countries and territories and working towards visiting at least 100 countries. I have cooked and managed foodservice for the athletes and support personnel at two Olympics, 1980 Lake Placid and 1996 Atlanta. Please check out my web site for cooking videos and recipes.

Edith Piaf, her music is the heart and soul of France, she lived life to the fullest and refused to let setbacks stop her. Jesus Christ, the greatest teacher who ever lived, and my great-grand-father "Make" Mc Millan who came to this country as a slave, we have a lot to catch-up on.
