I was most recently asked......

Now ...... do you want to know MY legacy?????

I owned nothing but the words and ideas that I shared with others...and gave them up freely to express my feelings and philosophies of my life. Hey Earl ! Just checking in. I recently got a certification as a 'Raw Food vegan Chef'. Who would have thought that I would have traveled down the Vegan yellow brick road ............ but here we are, I have specialized in vegan / vegetarian cuisine. J. Salemno is rolling around in his truck wondering what went wrong with everything he taught me ............... hahaha I would love to come home and do a vegan demo. I promise I will be on point this time ! haha
