The meeting in Indy was very good. I had a great time catching up with Allen Bild from Hammond, and Karen from JE Light. The new ProStart management contest looks fantastic. A lot of work but very valuable teaching and critical thinking.
Chef- I'm not sure if you remember me, but we met a while ago during my time at the Evansville Country Club. It's nice to see pictures of your new facility. It was under plans when I left Evansville. Very nice. Also, I was wondering if you still talk to James Cavins? If so, do you have an e-mail address for him? I know he's at St. Mary's now. A good choice. He seemed happy last I talked with him.
