Worked in a Great restaurant in Newport Ri, Top Steak House on Long Island, called in to open an amazing little eatery In Ct, now I'm finally settling into my own dream with my catering which I LOVE btw. I love recipe design and menu developing. I paint with water colour alot and acrylic sometimes. I like to bring my cooking and painting together in fabulous ways.
The Best thing I ever did for my career had nothing to do with someone else stumbling over my talent, strength and potential, but finding out that I had it my self.

Candied Carrot varine with roasted apples and goat cheese/honey mousse

If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?
1)My Paternal Grandmother who passed away in 1976 because she took care of a family of ten and was the epitome of what a strong woman is.
2)Michael Chiarello, Because i adore him.
