I have fifteen years experience as a Head Chef and ten years as a Catering Chef for various venues. I have created recipes, planned, prepared and coordinated meals for restaurants, conventions, banquets, weddings and various promotions. I have instructed students in the basic culinary skills and ice sculptor at local charter school and previously at a local college in Pennsylvania. I have competed in cooking shows, bought wares at annual trades shows, participated in ice sculpturing competitions and display butter sculpturing and canapés design skills at fund raising events. I am a member of the local American Culinary Federation. I was a featured speaker on local television program and popular newspaper article subject in Easton Pennsylvania.
