I too am an ACF chef and did not get this e-mail either.
I just heard that the ACF is going to have a National Team but no regional teams, You make National or not at all. I heard this at a ACF meeting so I don't think its been announced yet, so once again it may be just a rumor...
Its about time that the "Love Fest" ended! I think that other Chefs in the ACF may have been too nice not to admit it, but its getting a little old watching the ACF run out the same old faces everytime there is a competition.... "Love Fest" Its time…
