Also, there is a new place coming to the Kalamazoo Mall in March called Confection. No doubt hiring for all positions. I will keep you posted.

I'd tell her to navigate through the Kalamazoo Radisson homepage to apply online (which is the only way any apps for any of the restaurants and catering here are accepted).

Day 1 is tomorrow! Yikes, you've had 3 weeks already! Glad to hear you've got a good bunch. My numbers are lower this year but I'm optimistic that these are the ones that really want the program! I'm going to take them all to Challenge Discovery for a day of outdoor team building and leadership skills!

The rest of the summer has been great. I'll go back next Wednesday to set up the kitchen. 10 month teachers come back 8/25 and we have Open House on 8/26, then Day 1 is 9/2. The new release of "Sous Chef" is great! I'm using for all my lesson plans!
