I just wanted to pass on the following information that may interest you.
Come join us at the November 2009 Greater Kansas City Chefs Association meeting will be held November 10, 2009, 7:00PM at the Kansas City Culinary Center hosted by Executive Chef Matt Chatfield and his awesome crew. We do charge $10.00 at the door or $5.00 for Culinary students. This is our monthly Chefs meeting complete with a wonderful dinner.

Jeff Addison of Cool Carvings will be doing an ice carving demo at the event.
