I am currently a Sous Chef for Sol Casinos in Tucson, AZ; originally from Hawaii. I have been cooking as far back as i can remember, with my Grandmother in the kitchen and the family catering business. I have always had a passion for cooking and creating.

They are available online from amazon, barnes and nobles, borders and most online bookstores as well as from the stores if they dont have them in stoc they can order themfor you. Most stores dont carry them in stock because i am not a celebrity. If you get them i will stop by your restaurnt when i am here the end of january first of feb and sign them or you.
