Hopefully your Easter celebration with family and friends was as peaceful as mine. Our family tradition started by attending church together and then the feast began which seems to last the entire afternoon. The main course which included a braised lamb and a baked ham, seem to be only a side dish compared to the wonderful array of hors d’oeuves, a complete antipasto platter followed with baked lasagna. Daniel, thanks for writing. Not posting updates has been an oversite and I appreciate you taking the time to bring it to my attention. In my life, both personal and business, whenever I have commited to a task, I embrace it and eventually become very proficient at it.
