Happy Easter

Hopefully your Easter celebration with family and friends was as peaceful as mine. Our family tradition started by attending church together and then the feast began which seems to last the entire afternoon. The main course which included a braised lamb and a baked ham, seem to be only a side dish compared to the wonderful array of hors d’oeuves, a complete antipasto platter followed with baked lasagna. Easter would not be complete without Nonna Isabella’s famous decorated eggs “puppi con uovi”… Continue

Updates

Daniel, thanks for writing. Not posting updates has been an oversite and I appreciate you taking the time to bring it to my attention. In my life, both personal and business, whenever I have commited to a task, I embrace it and eventually become very proficient at it. "Those who never make a mistake usually never make much of anything" author unknown. Hopefully someday we will have the opportunity to dine together.

Thanks for the email... I wish you luck in the election. However I don't believe you should list this page as your BLOG, as you have not listed any BLOG posts. BLOG is short for Web Log. Just a thought... seeing as you sent that email to all ACF members, do some BLOGing and let us know what your thinking on the daily, or why would I vote for you. Truth be told (cliche) I want to vote for a president with fresh content, fresh thoughts, not just a well written email. Ok... bye for now. Hope to serve you food one day. All LOVE.

Chef Joe,

Good chatting with you at the Academy Dinner at Shaumburg... Great food, good times.. , but COLD!!!!! I can't envy you all up there, but I enjoy the weather fine here in Tejas!

I know personally you are all challenged to become our next steering guide for the federation, but this is probably going to be the hardest for all of you.... I know for myself, all of you have given your all... Stay true to the basics. It's simplicity for the members. We're all thirsty for a new guidance and direction. Times have changed....

I appreciate it...
