I am a young man who is very green to the culinary world. I am currently enrolled in Connecticut Culinary Institute. Being young, I do not have all that much experience in a commercial kitchen quite yet. I have found that I very much enjoy competition for two main reasons; I believe that it's the best place to display techniques and see how far I've come along via critiquing, as well as, demonstrating my capabilities against a counterpart in the same field as myself. After I graduate from culinary school, I plan on making my way around a bit, cooking in as many different environments made possible for me and absorbing everything I see and hear along the way.
