The mission of the Chicago Culinary Museum and Chefs Hall of Fame is to promote and celebrate Chicago as a culinary Mecca. Our goal is to preserve the past, and develop the future of the culinary achievements in the great City of Chicago and America.
In 1987 I was elected Commissar of my fraternity, serving 100+ men three meals a day. I was 19, managing a $30,000 budget, full-time cook and temp staff to do the scullery.

Impossible to pick just one...but U2 and Frank Sinatra rank pretty high.
I was looking at your website and you have a great picture from the nationals with you, myself, my wife and Chef Garbin. Do you think you could email it to me? I also have a student that graduated from JJC who is looking for a job, should I have him contact you?
