How many chefs or chapters have their own website. My local chapter just launched our website. www.jaxchefs.com. I found a local guy who was reasonably priced and was very hads on. I think the total start up cost was under $500. I guess my question is how many chefs need or want their own website to showcase their talents.

Burn out

How can burn out be handled. I have worked for the same company over 8 years. And my job is not the normal "CHEF" job. I run a kitchen that helps and feeds the hungry. Its a really rewarding job. But is the same sh#@ almost every day. I have a very small staff for a very large job. we feed over 1100 meals a day with 3 total kitchen staff including me.
