Recently just finished my first year of culinary school at Joliet Junior College, and am still awestruck with the knowledge I have obtained this year. I am currently working at a private country club as a prep and short order cook, while still waiting for a microbrewery to open near by to begin work with. Lately I have been expanding my knowledge on my own by keep my nose in a book, my mouth full and my hands busy. I am extremely excited for fall to come around again to start class. I plan to graduate in spring 2010 and furthering my education from then on.

Billy Joel, I think he understands life better than anyone else. Jerry Garcia, to hear his stories and soak up his presence and somebody from the future.
