I have been in the food industry for the past 16 years. My carreer started as a line cook working to put myself through college. Spent next five years as a cook in the miltary. After military, held such titles as sous chef, executive chef, manager, proprietor and as of recent resigned from my partnership to venture out on my own, and now I am an restaurant owner.
