it was great to see so many friends and collegues a few weeks ago in California.

During the Academy Fellow's meeting in Anahiem I was nominated for the position of Vice-Chair of the American Academy of Chefs, an honor and a thrill, to say the least.

At last year's Educational Conference, there was one member who was taking videos of the various seminars. Is there any chance you would remember who that was, so that I may get in contact with him.
I would be very interested in getting a copy of the hour that Fritz put on for us. I thought he was on top of his game, and I would really like to have a record of that performance. Even if it is not perfectly shot, or is in an obscure format, I am sure I could use it.

Our annual educational forum , again was a great sucess, over 80 chefs and pastry chefs attended and were delighted not only by the great food and drink supplied by our fantastic host, Tom Macrina, but the seminars were excellent and unique. I would like to thank everyone for making the weekend a success. Look for more information on the forumin the next few days.
