At last year's Educational Conference, there was one member who was taking videos of the various seminars. Is there any chance you would remember who that was, so that I may get in contact with him.
I would be very interested in getting a copy of the hour that Fritz put on for us. I thought he was on top of his game, and I would really like to have a record of that performance. Even if it is not perfectly shot, or is in an obscure format, I am sure I could use it.

Hi Mark,

Again, thank you for selecting the Epicurean Club as hosts, for our 2009 Northeast Regional Conference. I know all our chapter members are honored to have all our colleagues here to see Boston. I have received many emails from those who were in attendance and all seemed to enjoy the conference, the city and the weather!!

What a weekend. Our annual educational forum , again was a great sucess, over 80 chefs and pastry chefs attended and were delighted not only by the great food and drink supplied by our fantastic host, Tom Macrina, but the seminars were excellent and unique. I would like to thank everyone for making the weekend a success. Look for more information on the forumin the next few days.
