- I am a 28 year old culinary student at Paul Smiths College of the Adirondacks. I have been in the restaurant industry for 12 years now and decided to return to school to get an associates degree in culinary arts and kitchen management. I graduate the fall of 2009 and can not wait to get back into the kitchen. I will be moving to Asheville, NC when I am finished with school and plan to make my home there and open my dream restaurant. Want to more just ask!
