If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?
Myself at Twenty, Myself at sixty, and my sister. It would be very entertaining to see how little I knew about food (and life in general) at twenty. It would be awesome to see how much I know of food (and life in general) at sixty. My sister will eat anything, and is never critical. It balances me out.
hey, so now i am worried with the "believe me, i remember you" is that a good thing or a bad thing i am wondering? kerri hebert..i let her borrow a bunch of cds and never got them back, and no i don't know anything about her, but if i did!!!! i tried dan and ed but could not find anything on them, i know they opened their own place somewhere down by cape cod...but i can't remember what town. and fernando, if i ever see that dude....bring the pain..as for me, i moved to new hampshire in 02 and now work at a family(dysfunctional) owned golf course on the seacoast...mostly pub food and lot of outings and functions, everything is made on premises and i am the food and bev director, but at the end of the day i make a lot of hot dogs and am grossly overpaid to do it..i don't work more than 2 days a week january through march but get my full pay plus get a part-time job at a place i enjoy the food or at my friends diner..life has taken a lot of twists and turns for me in the ten years..so most days i am just happy to be here. tell me about your chef of the year award...and then tell me about this "a trip to mars" i am pretty sure i would like it..last we spoke you were heading to jackson hole, i glad you made it and then some...did you work at blue ginger or was that someone else??hope you are well tommy
