Chef Garbin:

What a wonderful acheivement!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!! I am looking forward to the January Meeting and its topic on certification. I believe you are still holding my ACF Jacket. I want to move up to the next step, so I want to get ready for my practical and written examine. Will these be part of the certifcation process. I have also been working 31/2 years in the industry professionally, does this move me up to the CC level?

Hello Chef Mike,

Quick Question on the Regional... Is it easier to fly into MIdway, or O'Hare since Regional is in Schumburg. I'm Flying Continemtal from Austin, and looked at O'hare. Need some advice... I'd appreciate if you can help me out, or does it really matter which airport?

Hope you had a good Thanksgiving...

Peace,
TC
