- About Me:
- Went through the St Mary's Food Bank Community Kitchen Program in 2005 (4 month program) to learn the basics in being in the kitchen cooking. Been working through a temp agency or in restaurants up until now. Not to "rag" on myself or anything but still need to seriously work on my speed, but can't do it if I can't be in the kitchen long enough to get a system going for myself. I am currently researching information on starting my own PERSONAL COOK BUSINESS and getting that ball rolling. I also love collecting unusual recipes that are currently out of "style" and hopefully will bring them back with my own little twist sometime here in the near future...........

- What is your favorite recipe creation?
- French Cheese Braid (Bread), recipe I found in the early part of the 90s, and made a few adjustments on the cheese and still am perfecting it to my liking.
- When did you enter the Culinary Profession?
- Offically entered into the profession in 2005 after graduating from the ST MARY'S Community Kitchen Program.
- Who is your favorite Musical Artist?
- The Cruxshadows,CellDweller, DE/VISION and the list goes on. Have a total ecclectic collection of music.
- What is your favorite TV show?
- HELLS KITCHEN, KITCHEN NIGHTMARES (both versions), The F Word, ACE of CAKES, and on ocassion Iron Chef
- If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?
- Gordon Ramsey............Just to pick his brains for culinary tips, pointers, to see if he could teach me a thing or two and any advise he's willing to give up
