Carving Class in Florida !!

Hi my fellow culinarians !! I am looking for a host facility in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdal area to host an all-day fruit and vegetable carving class mid-Oct. Let me know if you are out there !!

Ray; the new competition, is category E-1, where the judges give you a box with fruits , vegetables, and then give you a theme to have every one carving the same type of format, also you will have three hours to get tit completed, and we can bring in our own props and such, Kinda interesting, but that is the jist of the new carving category,, thanks, Phillip L.Salinas,CEc,CICP,SSC

Chef Ray, Thanks for the kind words, it took me forever to get back i if you look closely you will find me three times, however, we will hook up for am extensive training. until i can then, i will keep carving day in and out and stay focused and positive, and that is a big thanks to what you instill in what we learn from you,, thanks, Phillip l. Thank you! They took me forever to make! But they were a real hit in my neighborhood! ^_^ The spider web jack o lantern was the hardest because, some pieces would break off and I use wires to hold them together.
