9 years as a Chef Instructor with the Art Institute of Dallas. Been in the industry since I was old enough to lie about my age to get my first job frying chicken. I am very active in the community and local charity events. Planning my wedding for November 29 of this year!

If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?

Ben Franklin, Copernicus, Don Rickles. Ben was a great inventor and loved beer, Copernicus had balls to challenge the system, Rickles would chew everyone up and they would love him for it!!

I want to see if i can meet with you and have you take a look at my menu and see what you think would fly, what they look for, etc... But any time i can get in a ktichen and get evaluated would appreciated. Are you free on Mondays to take maybe an hour or so to talk to you??
