Recent graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale. I externed at the school as the Assistant General Restaurant Manager for L'Ecole (the Student staffed restaurant). I strive to run a fine dining restaurant someday soon.

I've found that food is my true passion and I started cooking in 1991, but not in the industry until 2008.

Coldplay. Lyrics with different life applications!
What is your favorite TV show?
Any quality "Cooking" show.
If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?
My FOH instructor at L'Ecole Jim Baker, because I will always enjoy his company.
James Beard, because he is a master cook and I hope to gain even an ounce of his knowledge by being at the same table.
Any student I made friends with during my journey into culinary (still learning so the list is long). It would be my pleasure, and has been, to dine with any one of them. A Chef is only as good as the people around them and all my academic friends are all true culinarians.
