We have less than 40 days before the ballots will be mailed out to the 9431 eligible voters in the ACF. I urge you to contact as many members and encourage them to visit my blog site, view my platform and any area that they maybe interested in know who I am. A few words of encouragement when you contact these chefs would put the icing on the cake for me to become your next ACF National President.

As a long time great and good friend, like to say appreciate all your support and hard work for ACF & TCA. Your passion and dedication to travel from Austin to Houston for the ACF Practical Exams since 2003-present makes a difference we as team and other chefs participated for certifying chefs local, state and national. This includes ACF Practical Examiner Apprentice, we all came long way and wish more to join.
