Last week's Academy events and being honored with the Sharing Culinary Traditions Award was a very special evening. I want to thank all of my colleagues.

I enjoy coming up with new recipes and tweaking well known ones. I especially enjoy creating new dishes with my children and grandchildren.
When did you enter the Culinary Profession?
From a young age I was always found in the kitchen with my grandmother from Italy. In highschool I decided to attend the local technical school to further my knowledge and from there I went to the CIA in New York. In order to work in the kitchen I began my career as a dishwasher
Thank you very much to join me,
Chef I need same information about the Master chef courses in America,
Please give me Advice how can i take this opportunity,,
Hey Chef Tom
I understand! I deploy soon to Guantanamo Bay to guard the terrorists.
Will be back in a year.
I hope all else has been very well for you lately!
Nice to hear from you again,
Respectfully
Mike
I will be there on Friday and Saturday. I have to go to the judging refresher on Friday. Things are great here. If you need help with something at the regional I may be able to extend my trip by a day. Just let me know
TOM, i know I should join! However, I am really disturbed and even broken hearted because of this last intrusion into the life of an AAC member.....we spoke about it briefly at the trade show. I guess one can not count on people as friends as long as there is an agenda and cause to "back-bite!"
Hey Chef,
It was great to meet you at the Western Regional. If you are ever in Salt Lake again look me up. I am now Exec Chef at Willow Creek Country Club so we'll have to play a round and grab some lunch!
