Last week's Academy events and being honored with the Sharing Culinary Traditions Award was a very special evening. I want to thank all of my colleagues.
Thanks Chef. The induction ceremony in Anaheim was a night to remember. What an honor to be a fellow in the AAC!

- What is your favorite recipe creation?
- I enjoy coming up with new recipes and tweaking well known ones. I especially enjoy creating new dishes with my children and grandchildren.
- When did you enter the Culinary Profession?
- From a young age I was always found in the kitchen with my grandmother from Italy. In highschool I decided to attend the local technical school to further my knowledge and from there I went to the CIA in New York. In order to work in the kitchen I began my career as a dishwasher
