Food Chemistry Experiment (Turning Wines into Vinegars) off to a rough start :(
I am taking an elective Food Chemistry class at college, and have decided to try and make vinegar from red wines I bought at a grocery store for a class project. To setup the experiment, I borrowed some flasks from the school's chemistry department, which I cleaned as best as I could before putting them into the dish washer for another cleaning and mainly heat sanitizing cycle.
