- I teach Advanced Baking and Pastry, Cost Control and Purchasing at L'Ecole Culinaire in St. Louis, MO. I'm a member of the Chefs de Cuisine Association of St. Louis and one of the coaches of our Junior Culinary Knowledge Bowl Team which won the 2008 Baron H. Galand Knowledge Bowl National competition.
