I am doing great, so your are in charge on members recruiting for ACF Chicago ?, But I am staying with the Windy City and Linda. Will you be in Indianapolis in March???
I am not sure if I got the job or not chef. The lady interviewing me was the Executive Chef. She said Marriott is more of like a regular restaurant rather than large quantity banquet stuff like I am used to. She said she really liked me though and was on edge about it. Hopefully everything goes well. I really believe the extra effort with the tie helped a lot because I personally thought I looked damn good that morning. Have a great day chef! Thanks!
Thing are well down here Warren.... We had a hell of a hot summer here, and the weather is changing. I hope Chicago is well and happening... The economy has not effected us as much as it has you.
I''ll see you hopefully this year in Aneheim!
Peace,
TC

RE: Pineapple Fountain
I can't remember what size recirculating pump I used, but the first one I bought wasn't strong enough, so at the last minute I had to run back to Home Depot and buy another, and just picked up the strongest one they had. I didn't use dowels to attach the squash to the pineapples, I used brass picture hangers, which were the only inedible items in the piece.
