Im Zachary Scott Trew, I am now the Excutive Chef and Part owner of Chandler's by the Lake. I got my Associates in Culinary Arts at Sullivan University in Louisville Kentucky. Attended Bradley Central HighSchool and took Culinary Arts for 3 years under Chef. Flowers, one person I learned many skills and one I look up to everyday. I was also on the Culinary Competition Team at Sullivan.
Frenched Lamb with a sweet corn puree infused with Dumante and baked egg with toasted pistachios with a Fresh Basil Cream and a crustade with Whipped goat cheese with Dumante, thyme and honey.

If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?
Escoffier, Chef. Flowers and I'll discover another person on my journey to where Im going. I would pick them so we could discuss our opinions on every little detail of the dish. Escoffier is a briliant person and it would be neat for him to see where his creations have gone, and I know Chef. Flowers would love that.
