Things aer going well here. We are having what they call Vintage Indiana this weekend, so we smoked enough brisket for about a thousand people. Busy , but fun! A lotof future contacts in the wine business.
Hey Ricardo- Things are good here, I'm about a month from being done with my AA and a year from being done with my BS. I'm glad you started the Ai group. I hope things go well for you. -Brittani
its good going here. very busy all of the time! in the aos program its broken down into blocks A-Z i believe...Its been a while. but each block is a class you have for 8 hours a day for three weeks long. then in bps program you have terms that are 15 weeks long and 5 or 6 classes each week.
from what ive heard its hard work... but then again in our line of profession what isnt. and you dont get days off you get shifts off like you work breakfast and dinner but have lunch off. but then i hear you work a few months then are off for a month.
i've been thinking about three different hotels, Four Seasons, Marriott, and of course the Hilton! from what my school, as well as the research i've been doing has told me that those three had the best MIT programs.
Hey, how's it going? I like the sound of that. Can you change the name to Ai instead of just Dallas, then people will not think it is just for Dallas. I'm in to it all. Let me know when you got it hooked up. I will pass the word on to those that will listen. Take it easy.
