hello chef glad to see your still teaching at MCI. learned alot of "sweet" things in your class, even though things went down hill.

a reply to your blog about opening a junior chapter, I am junior president of the high sierra chapter. Something we found out is first get your programs in place and have it organized. Than go get members, you have to have something in place to draw more students. Involve the student's in every way.

Um, so are you ever gonna let me know when exactly your at MCI so that I can stop by! Everytime I've been there in the last 4 months you have not which makes me sad ) : Have a merry Christmas!!! ( : Hope to see you real soon!!!!!

Hey, I liked the background, can you show me how to add a picture instead of the sample backgrounds?

Hey Betsy, welcome to the ACF Blog. I would like to get with you to discuss some small dessert classes for personal chefs.
Also, you probably want ot change your background or color of the ink of your profile information (it's gray on gray and hard to read, even with my glasses). I do however like the background picture

OMG!! My favorite Chef in the whole world!!! I haven't seen you in forever!! Mainly because I have been to busy to stop by and visit but I shall change that soon.
